30-day money-back guarantee
Every vehicle history report comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support@dealsoncarfax.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.
If your report is not delivered
If we cannot deliver your report, you can request a refund. While retrieval is delayed, your order stays open for retries and support follow-up. You do not need to pay again. Contact support with your order number to choose a refund instead.
How to request a refund
Email support@dealsoncarfax.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We review the request and arrange the refund to your original payment method. A refund is processed by support; the system does not automatically refund every delayed order.
Report credits
Unused report credits never expire. If a credit-paid report cannot be delivered, contact support to arrange a replacement or credit return. Credit-pack billing concerns are reviewed by support.
