Which manufacturer links are offered?
Ford and Lincoln use FordDirect. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram use a Chrysler-hosted manufacturer endpoint. Access and VIN coverage vary, including regional or browser restrictions. Other brands use the dealer-request path; no unsupported PDF route is invented.
Is the VIN validated?
We check the 17-character format and show a check-digit reminder where relevant to US/Canadian VINs. Neither check establishes the vehicle’s identity, model, ownership or sticker availability. You select the manufacturer; we do not decode or verify that choice.
Does a sticker show the car’s current condition?
No. It describes original equipment and pricing, not current condition, damage, ownership history or all subsequent changes. Current sales price may differ from original MSRP.
What about older or imported vehicles?
This tool requires the modern 17-character format. Older vehicles and certain imports may need direct manufacturer or dealer assistance. You can request documentation without using this form.
