Tax rates, trade credits, rebates and taxable fees vary by jurisdiction. Discounts are applied before tax here. Use “Actual quoted tax” for exceptions. A 0% rate includes no estimated tax; it is not a finding that your sale is tax-free. No tax, legal or lending advice is provided.
Compare the total—not just the payment.

Estimated funding includes trade loan payoff and cash down. It excludes financing interest, lender fees not entered, insurance and future ownership costs. Negative balances indicate excess assumed trade/cash credit—not a guaranteed refund. Confirm the contract and actual tax treatment with the dealer.
A lower payment isn’t always a lower price.
What does out-the-door mean here?
Vehicle price minus the entered pre-tax discount, plus entered taxable and non-taxable fees/add-ons, plus calculated or overridden tax. It is before trade settlement and cash down. Confirm every fee in writing; omitted amounts are not estimated.
How are trade equity and tax credits handled?
Trade allowance reduces funding needs; settling the trade loan adds to them. A trade-in tax credit is separate and only applied when you select it. The estimated tax base then subtracts the entered trade allowance, never below zero. Local rules may require a different base; use the actual-tax override.
Can I compare loan offers here?
No. This compares purchase totals and funding amounts, not APR, loan term or interest. Quote totals must describe comparable vehicles and included equipment to be a fair price comparison.
